Perfect week

Sem hotela prejšnji teden objavit post z naslovom "Perfect weekend", pa se je raztegnil na teden. Prejšnjo soboto je Luna uživala cel dan v Kamniku na velikem vrtu pri sorodnikih, pa še v žabji ribnik je skočila! Drug poskus plavanja v prašnem ribniku sem preprečila zadnji čas. Povrh vsega pa jo je B. še razvajal z lososom in drugimi dobrotami. Sem raje gledala stran. Ampak je bilo vse ok, nobenih težav s prebavo.

I wanted to post last week about perfect weekend but it streched over the whole week and next weekend :o) Last Saturday we went to Kamnik to visit our relatives and Luna enjoyed on a big garden and even swimmed in frog's pond. The second attempt for swimming I managed to stop before jumping in it again :o) But cream of the crop was salmon, which B. gave it to her and many other yummy things from the table. I rather looked away. But Luna didn't have any digestive problems so it was ok. :o)



Prejšnjo nedeljo sva šla zvečer z Luno na Jakoba nad Katarino. Luna je bila ves čas spuščena, razen na vrhu. In pridna!

Last Sunday me and A. went to Jakob, a hill near Ljubljana. Luna was off lead the whole time only on top. I guess I don't have to tell how happy she was. :o)



V ponedeljek, na praznik, pa sva Luno "vlekla" na Krvavec. Nižje temperature so bile le ob stanju na miru ali v senci, sicer pa vroče tudi v hribih. A. je šel z vrha Krvavca še na Zvoh, je hotel s seboj vzet Luno, pa ni hotela gor, je ostala z mano na smučišču spodaj :o) Malo je šnofala okrog, mal se je nadišavila, sicer pa je sedela kak meter stran od mene in gledala na Zvoh, kdaj pride Aleš. Kjer ni bilo krav, se pravi po cesti in pod Zvohom, ko sva čakali, je bila spuščena. Moj super pridni kuži :o)

On Monday, on bank holiday, we went to Krvavec. Lower temperatures were only when you stand still or in the shadow, it was pretty much hot in the mountains also. My BF went to the highest peek, Zvoh, and wanted to take Luna with him, but she didn't want to go and she rather stayed with me on the ski slope under :o) She sniffed around a bit, sat one meter away from me and watched on the top of the mountain when A. is coming back :o) Where there weren't cows she was unleashed. She was super good doggy! :o)



Čez teden je bila dvakrat še na Šmarni gori z A. v najhujši popoldanski vročini in je domov prihajala čisto utrujena. En dan sploh ni hotela it nazaj v avto, da bomo šli še v mesto. V soboto pa je po dolgem, dolgem času spet videla Žajo! Punci (in 4 otroke) smo peljali v Krnico, kjer sta se podili spuščeni, se ohlajali v Pišnici in se igrali. V nedeljo dopoldne pa smo šli naokrog do Rožnika in ob živalskem vrtu nazaj do avta, ki smo ga pustili Pod hribom. Lunči je bila po stranskih poteh spuščena, za konec pa si je privoščila blatno kopel. Zdaj pa čakamo, da ta nora vročina mine :o( Lune sicer ne moti pretirano, zato pa mene toliko bolj. Šmarna gora ta teden odpade, upam. Fotke sledijo.

Over the week she was on Šmarna gora with my BF two times in the afternoon, when the heat outside was awful. We are having high temperatures for one week and will have them for another week over 35°C. :o( One day Luna didn't want to go back to the car when they came from Šmarna gora :o) On Saturday we went to Kranjska Gora and to visit Žaja after a long, long time. We took the girls (and 4 kids) to Krnica, where they were running around, played and got wet in icy cold river Pišnica. On Sunday we went to Rožnik, a small hill in Ljubljana. Luna was again without lead off the main paths and she enjoyed herself in mud bath for the end. :o) Now we're waiting that the heat goes away - Luna isn't bothered though so much than I am. Kuži je zelo užival na plaži - kadar je šla z menoj, seveda. Bila je tudi čisto pridna na plaži in ni (skoraj) nič težila. Nedeljsko dopoldne smo imeli celo plažo samo zase, ker je pihala burja - kaj lepšega! Luna se je lahko sprehajala celo brez povodca, kar ji na plaži ni sicer nikoli dovoljeno, razen kadar plava. Plavala je tudi veliko. Sicer smo bili na morju le za podaljšan vikend konec julija, ampak je bilo ravno prav. 14 dni v glavni sezoni z Luno je prenaporno, ker je preveč ljudi in jo to moti.

My doggie really enjoyed the beach - when she went with me, of course. She was behaving really well there most of the time. On Sunday we had the beach all for just three of us because of the strong wind (bora) - what could we wish more? Luna was allowed to sniff around without her lead which she isn't allowed on the beach only when she swims. She swimmed a lot. We were at the seaside only for the (longer) weekeng at the end of July ans it was quite enough. 2 weeks with Luna in the main season is too much because of the crowds which she doesn't like.

Kofce in Bovec

Prejšnjo nedeljo smo šli na izlet na Kofce. Lunči je imela ves čas družbo, saj smo srečali beaglico Ulo in njeno družino. Na jasi na pol poti smo ju malo spustili, da sta naredili tri kroge, da sta potem lažje dale ena drugi mir, da smo vsi ostali lahko hodili :o) Na planšariji je bilo kar nekaj kužkov, med drugim tudi zelo prijazna psička, stafordka oz. nekaj podobnega, katere se Luna začuda ni bala in je ni nalajala, pač pa jo je le z distance šla povohat in jo je pustila na miru. Jaz pa sem v zameno dobila en kup pasjih poljubčkov od rjave lepotičke. Ko smo pobožali še konje in pogledali krave od daleč, smo odšli nazaj proti avtu, takrat pa se je Luna odločila, da je očitno pastirski pes in je začela vpit, cvilit in lajat za kozami, ki so hodile nekaj metrov pred nami. Po dobrih 10 minutah smo jih k sreči ujeli, da je bil končno mir. Luna je pogumno zakorakala v čredico, od tam pa jo je prepodila največja koza (morda kozel?) :o)

Včeraj pa smo se spet potepali, smo šli v Bovec na družinski piknik. Luna je sicer veliko časa preživela v svojem boksu, vmes pa sva šli še malo naokrog. Nazadnje tik pred ploho. Luno sem malo spustila, saj ni bilo nikjer nikogar, potem pa je želela it nekam po svoje proti letališču (veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelik travnik, zraven pa glavna cesta, pod šotorom pa otroci, hrana in ljudje) in sem jo komaj ulovila, zraven pa še prav "prijetno" padla po tleh kakor sem dolga in široka. Še dobro, da obe meri nista prav veliki :o) Aha, saj res - vmes sva z očijem šla še do Čezsoče, da je Luna namočila tačke. Zdaj pa bo dva tedna doma z mojimi starši, saj mi odhajamo na počitnice v Anglijo oz. Wales. :o) Se vidimo konec julija!

Last Sunday we went to mountain Kofce. There we met beagle Ula so Luna had company all the time. They played on a meadow when we were half way up. At the top there were many dogs and also horses, cows and goats, who didn't get Luna's attention at first. At the lodge there was really nice stafford girl which Luna didn't bark at and wasn't affraid of her! She sniffed her and went away and I've got many wet kisses instead :o) I'm so glad, because Luna's affraid of staffords and simmilar breeds so she usually barks really loud at them. When we were going back down to the car Luna decided that she is a shephard. She screamed, barked and cried for ten minutes when we finally reached a small group of goats who was walking in front of us. Luna bravely jumped to them but the biggest goat showed her where her spot is :o)

Yesterday we went to Bovec on our traditional family picnic. Luna was in her transporter most of the time but we made some short walks also. Our last walk was just before it started raining again and I unleashed Luna because no one was there. But she changed her mind and want to run away to the airport (huuuuuge meadow and main road next to it and kids and food and other people under the tent). I hardly managed to hold her and when trying to reach her I fell as I'm long and wide. Luckily I'm not so long and wide :o) Oh, yes. We also went to river Soča to put Luna's paws into the water. :o) Now Luna is staying at home with my parents and we're going on a road trip to England and Wales. See you in late July xoxo

Praznovanja 6. rojstnega dne :)

Luna jo je seveda tudi pojedla .. / and Luna of course ate it ...


V soboto smo se sprehajali ob letališču .. tudi Luna je letela :o) / On Saturday we took a walk by airport .. Luna flew to :o)


V nedeljo smo bili v Bohinjski Bistrici in na obisku v Ukancu, kjer je (le)potička sprehajala Luno. Kopanju v jezeru se nismo mogli izogniti, kljub tonam cvetnega prahu ob obali. Bljak. / On Sunday we went to Bohinjska Bistrica and visited friends by lake Bohinj, where 5-year-old walked Luna. We couldn't avoid swimming in the lake, even though there were tons of pollen by the coast. Yuck.


Popoldne pa je na obisk prišla še Senina družina, s katero smo se posladkali z jagodno torto, kužki pa sta dobili pasji mafin. / In the afternoon Sena's family came to us and we treated ourselves with strawberry cake (made by me) and doggies got dog muffin.

Vodni pes

Spet sledijo poročila z izletov, kjer se je Luna predvsem kopala. Jaz ne vem, kaj je temu psu, ampak v vsako lužo rine. Slikce s Cerkniškega jezera sem hotela objavit že nazadnje, pa sem bila preveč žalostna zaradi Gabbi. Gabbi je umrla zaradi odpovedi ledvic :o(

Water dog

Pictures from trips, again. Luna was swimming most of the time. I don't know what is with this dog, but she goes to every puddle. I wanted to post photos from lake Cerknica sooner, but I was too sad for Gabbi. She died because of kidney failure :o(

Cerkniško jezero s Seno - bilo je mrzlo, Lune ni motilo :o) Punci sta noreli okrog, potem pa sva ju zaradi varnostnih razlogov raje pripela. Srečali smo še Žano, pa so vse tri imele irokezo. :o)

Lake Cerknica with Sena - it was cold, but Luna didn't bother :o) The girls runned around like crazy but we put them on leads due to saftey reasons. We also met Sena's sister Žana but they were very polite to each other.

Potepanja

Pred dvemi tedni je bila Luna na 3-dnevnih počitnicah v Piranu / Luna was on a 3-day vacations in Piran (slovenian coast) two weeks ago:



Bila je pridna kot vedno v Piranu! :o) / She was good as always in Piran! :o)

Ta vikend pa smo se potepali po Ljubljani in okolici - pogledat smo šli dva izvira Ljubljanice. / And this weekend we were wandering around Ljubljana and surroundings - we went to two springs of river Ljubljanica.

Bled / Ojstrica

Pred dvema tednoma smo bili na Bledu in ker ne maramo pretirane gneče, smo namesto poti okrog jezera raje izbrali vzpon na Ojstrico ter uživali v razgledu.

Two weeks ago we went to one of the most famous turist destinations in Slovenia - lake Bled. And because we don't like too much people on our walks, we went up to Ojstrica and enjoyed in view from the top :o)

Izlet na morje in na Krim

Prejšnji vikend smo šli na morje, na sonce in na sprehod. Hja, sonce recimo, da je bilo, ozračje pa neprimerno hladenjše, kot tisto v Ljubljani, za povrh vsega pa precejšnja gneča, kar meni in Luni ni nič kaj všeč. Tako smo se sprehodili v Fiesi od parkirišča do obale in nazaj in šli raje od Bernardina do Fornač. Luna je že otvorila sezono kopanja v morju, kaj pa drugega :o) V torek pa smo po kosilu odšli na Krim - lep sprehod, ravno prav "zahteven", pa še v avtu se lahko iz Ljubljane ravno prav naspiš :o)

Last weekend we went to the seaside to catch some sun and to take a walk. But unfortunately there were too many people, the sun was shinning though but it was much colder than in Ljubljana. I really don't like crowd at the seaside, especially if I have Luna with me. So we only took a short walk and Luna opened her swimming season in the sea - she's rather early :o) On tuesday we had public holiday (day of death of our greatest poet France Preseren) so we went to mountain Krim near Ljubljana - the walk is cute, it's not difficult at all and you can take a nice short nap after lunch while driving there :o)

Januar 2011

V januarju smo bili bolj malo naokrog, ker sem imela polno dela s projekti in izpitoma, ampak zdaj je konec, juhu! :o) Drug teden imava z Luno cel teden na voljo tudi avto, kar nameravava dobro izkoristit :o)

In January we didn't wander around so much, couse I had a lof of work with my projects and exams - but it's all over now and I'm enjoying my winter holidays :o) Next week me and Luna have a car every day, so we have to take full advantage of it :o)

Winter joy*

Sneg nam je sicer pobralo, ampak z Luno sva prejšnji teden zeeeeeeelooooo uživali! Kakršen lastnik, takšen pes. :o) 27. novembra smo šli okrog Bohinjskega jezera - Luna je na malo več kot triurnem pohodu zelo uživala, umirila se je šele na polovici od Ukanca do Ribčevega Laza, kjer smo imeli avto. Družbo nam je delala tudi črno-bela mucka, ki je bila ful vesela Luna in Luna nje - nobena se ni nič bala, mucka pa se je še crkljala pri meni :o) Čez teden pa je uživala v igri s kužki na našem travniku - celo z dvema psičkama je postala prijateljica! :o)

We sadly don't have snow anymore but me and Luna reeeeeaaaaaly enjoyed last week! Like owner, like dog :o) On 11/27 we went round Lake Bohinj - we walked a little more than 3 hours and Luna enjoyed very much - she wasn't tired at all. We also had company of one B&W kitty - she wasn't afraid of Luna at all and vice versa :o) She climbed in my lap and I had to stroke her. Over the week she played and had fun on our meadow with other dogs - she even became friends with two girls! :o)

Oktober - hribi, Halloween, ...

Ojoj, je res že minil cel mesec, odkar sem pisala na blog? V tem mesecu smo bili malo v hribih, veliko doma in tako naprej :o) 23. oktobra smo bili na Slemenovi špici (1911m) - Luna je zelo uživala, ker je bilo velikooo snega :o) Navzdol je bila ekstra pridna - smo jo spustili s povodcem vred, da je hodila za mano, ker je bilo preveč nevarno, če bi kogarkoli od nas kam povlekla.

Oh my, is it really one month since my last post? In this month we've done some hiking, spent a lot time at home and so on. On Octobre 23 we were on Slemenova spica (1911m) - Luna really enjoyed, 'cause there was a lot of snow, yipeee! :o) When we were going down the hill we let Luna off to walk alone (with her lead on, but none of us was holding her) because it was too dangereous (it was slippery) if she pulled someone somewhere - and she behaved very well, I was really proud. :o)



Praznovali pa smo tudi noč čarovnic :o) / And we also celebrated Halloween :o)

September

We were so busy with other things this month that I didn't have time (and will) to write something here. Last weekend in August we celebrated boy's 6th B-day, than he went to school for the first time and we made 1. september very special to him. We went to the seaside, to Trieste in Italy, Luna was of course with us but she didn't have an opportunity to swim.

Last weekend we were at my grandparents and on Sunday me and my BF went to mountain Ojstrnik in Austria - actually there is a border between Italy and Austria. :o) Luna was very happy and she was the fastest, of course :o) On the top of this 2052m tall mountain she wasn't behaving very nice because she was constantly begging for our sandwiches but for opposite she was really good girl when walking down - she was off leashed all most all the way down because the path was really steep and it was the safest way to get down for all of us if Luna was off leashed.





The last three days we had A LOT of rain here and we have floods, even in Ljubljana. We luckily live away from streams and rivers, it's concrete everywhere around us, so we're safe. But only few minutes froum our home it was awful. Since it rained so much Luna didn't want to go out or even pee ouside, but on Friday, two hours later, when we came to PST (a walk of remembrance) she became liveful again :o) I unleashed her and she escaped to the swamp full of water and didn't want to come back so I had to go there and catch her. The water (and mud) was high to my knees and my wellies leak anyways. :o) When we went to the walk toady in the afternoon, when it finaly stopped raining, we went again to flooded areas and Luna wanted to swim on the street. She really ins't very smart, I tell you. She played with dirt and leaves in the water. She so silly. :o)

Koča v Krnici

Last Sunday we took Sena with us, because her family went to some festival for families and it was too crowdy to take Sena with them. And because we don't want to leave poor doggies home alone, we took her with us :o) We went to Gorenjska, on a nice walk through the valley by the river Velika Pisnica - here is the home of Kekec, who is slovene famous fearless young herdsman :o) Sena was of course again very good doggie, we hardly new that she's with us. Luna was a total opposite, as always. So my BF chose Sena to handle and I've got Luna but I took advantage of Luna's pulling :o) She help me walking on slope and pulled me up :o) It was a nice, hot walk, which seemed to be shorter when reading about it in the book ... :o)

Velika planina

Last Sunday we went on Velika planina. We went up with cable car and then went hiking. It was really hot and half of Slovenia was there. Not so nice, I don't like many people in mountains. Luna was behaving nice, she only treated herself with cow poop. We found some forrest strawberries and blueberries - Luna loves both :o)

Another short vacation by the seaside on island Pag, Croatia. A little of swimming, a little of fun for my BF 30th B-day, a lot of sleeping ... in short - holidays. :o)
